My mission
My name is Natalie, owner of Sugar Spark Bakery. I started my career as a professional baker in Long Island, NY in 2004. With no prior experience, I applied to a local bakery/deli on a whim and was hired. To my surprise, I excelled in cake decorating and discovered my passion for creating delicious desserts that are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the taste buds.
Over the past 20 years I have honed my craft through working at world class bakeries and resorts as well as taking extensive culinary classes, learning new recipes, techniques, and skills staying on top of the latest trends while also offering timeless classic deisgns. Balancing quality and affordability, I use only the finest ingredients, making all products from scratch with high-quality cocoas, vanilla pastes, real butter, cream, and fruit. I even grow some of my own berries and make my own jams.
In 2024 I realized a dream two decades in the making of starting my own baking company. I'm so happy you've chosen Sugar Spark to be part of your family's special moments.
