My name is Natalie, owner of Sugar Spark Bakery. I started my career as a professional baker on Long Island, NY in 2004. Over the past 20 years I have honed my craft through working at world class bakeries and resorts as well as taking extensive culinary classes, learning new recipes, techniques, and skills staying on top of the latest trends while also offering timeless classic deisgns with exquisite details and professional execution.

 

I take great pride in the quality of my work in both design and taste. I make all products with high-quality ingredients like real butter and cream, home grown chemical free berries and herbs, home-made jams and home-made vanilla paste.
