PRICING Decorated Sugar Cookies: Start at $54/dozen Any set can be customized to include names, dates, monograms, mascots, logos, color schemes, holidays, wedding, birthday, etc. *Final price depends on level of design. Please inquire about a quote through the order inquiry form.

TERMS Ordering, deposits and payments To place an order you must submit the order inquiry form. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order. Please note that simply discussing or agreeing on order details through text, email, social media messaging, on the phone or in person does not constitute a confirmed order. Your order is only confirmed once the order inquiry form is submitted and a quote is provided, and the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due in full upon pick-up. Products will not be released to the client until full payment has been received. Quotes are good for 48 hours. If deposit is not paid within 48 hours, pricing and date availability are not guaranteed and a new inquiry must be submitted if you wish to place an order. Cancellation and Changes We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel or modify your order, please provide a minimum of 96 hours' notice. Your deposit can then be applied to a future order within 365 days of the original order date subject to availability at the sole discretion of Sugar Spark Bakery. If notice of intent to cancel/change order is not given within 96 hours and you no longer wish to complete the original order or reschedule it for a future date, the deposit will be forfeited and the order will not be made and the client will not be responsible for any further payment. Pick-Up Policy Please ensure timely pick-up of your order at the agreed-upon time. If products are not picked up on time, they may be removed from refrigeration and/or discarded due to space limitations, and no refund will be provided. If you or a third party designee are late for pick up, Sugar Spark Bakery is not responsible for the condition of the items, and no refunds will be given for any damage or deterioration that occurs after the agreed pick-up time. Creative Interpretation Due to the handcrafted nature of our items and our creative interpretation, you will never receive an exact replica of any imagery or inspiration material you provide and no two creations will be exactly alike. My creations are one of a kind, made to order just for you. Customer Satisfaction and Feedback Your satisfaction is our top priority. In the event you are not satisfied with your products or experience with Sugar Spark Bakery, I am happy to address any concerns that you have. You agree to contact me directly and allow 24 hour response time before posting any remarks about Sugar Spark Bakery, your products or your experience with Sugar Spark Bakery or any employee or associate there of to any social media platforms or any other publicly accessed source of communication. I am confident that I will be able to address your concerns and resolve the matter in a fair and satisfactory manner when given the opportunity. Care and Handling Sugar Spark Bakery is not responsible for any loss, damage or deterioration of condition of any products once they leave our facility and/or physical custody. By accepting physical custody and paying in full for the product you or your third party designee agree that you/they have examined and are satisfied with the appearance and condition of the products. If you have any questions about how to transport, store, handle or care for your products, please ask at time of pick up. Allergy Warning All of our products are made in an environment that may contain common allergens, including but not limited to peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, soy, eggs, and dairy. Even if these allergens are not listed and used as ingredients, there may be a risk of exposure. These products are not suitable for anyone with food allergies therefore please do not purchase, consume or handle them. It is the client's responsibility to inform anyone who may come into contact with these items of the potential for allergen exposure.
